What You'll Do

  • Lead Logic Extraction & Relationship Building: Host in-depth consultations to identify a client’s "Decision Matrix" (Trigger → Logic → Output). You are the face of the technical transition, ensuring the client feels supported and understood.
  • Foster Strategic Partnerships: Act as a dedicated consultant, building deep rapport by anticipating client needs and aligning Mavis’s capabilities with their long-term business goals.
  • Advanced Prompt Engineering: Write, test, and refine complex system instructions (System Prompts) for Mavis, ensuring she adheres to brand voice, formatting rules, and operational logic.
  • Skill Calibration & Client Education: Draft "Logic Blueprints" for client approval. You must be able to explain the "why" behind the AI’s behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive Success & Retention: Consistently refine Mavis’s skills based on weekly client feedback, ensuring the AI evolves alongside the client's business to maintain high satisfaction levels.
 

Requirements

  • Exceptional Client Communication: Outstanding empathetic listening and the ability to build trust quickly. You must be able to translate complex AI logic into simple, business-value language.
  • Expert AI Prompting Skills: Minimum 1-2 years of heavy experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini). Proficient in Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot prompting, and Persona setting.
  • Business Intuition: You can hear a client say "I'm overwhelmed by email" and translate that into a specific "Priority Triage & Auto-Drafting" strategy that solves their pain point.
  • Tech-Savvy (No Code): No backend/API coding required, but you must be a master of "If-This-Then-That" logical structures and CRM software.
  • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to handle client feedback with grace and use it to improve system performance.

Technical Requirements:

  • Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Webcam: Working webcam
  • Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM
  • Internet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift between 5 AM - 5 PM PST (includes 1-hour unpaid lunch).
