Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage calendar, scheduling, organizing, sending invites 
  • Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies 
  • Set targets for increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Support the relevant Audiences teams in the day-to-day analysis, reporting of audience data, dealing with ad hoc requests, and providing support on longer-term projects
  • developing a content strategy based on a company's or client's business objectives and a customer's or end user's needs
  • Research industry-related topics 
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services 
  • Prepare well-structured drafts 
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
  • Submit work to editors for input and approval
  • Setup reminders, organize and schedule events
  • Create a daily, weekly, or monthly series. Also develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the brand to increase awareness
  • monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms 
  • research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity 
  • analyze competitor activity & recommend improvements to increase performance
  • managing and handling day-to-day communications in both directions on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube adapting content to suit different channels 
  • Involved in communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation 
  • Also, form partnerships and relationships with influencers across platforms

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-year proven experience as a brand/social media manager, or relevant role
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Intermediate knowledge of graphic designing tools 
  • Certification in digital/social media marketing (preferred)  
  • Expertise in writing content/blogs/articles and captions, and increasing the reach of the post/content/audience
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Able to work on a US time zone shift
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proactive attitude

Technical Requirements:

  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Primary and backup computer: at least i5 to i7 processor with 8GB RAM
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
