Are you an exceptional GoHighLevel Automation Specialist looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with deep GoHighLevel (GHL) expertise to be the right-hand person for our client. This long-term role is perfect for someone who loves building systems from scratch, optimizing workflows, and managing automations. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining GHL campaigns while supporting other VAs in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage GoHighLevel campaigns and workflows from the ground up.
• Set up and maintain automations using Zapier, including multi-step workflows for SMS, email, and call systems.
• Manage large lead databases, perform data filtration, and maintain system accuracy.
• Oversee and support other VAs, especially those handling cold calls, ensuring processes are correctly followed.
• Continuously improve GHL systems and automations for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as the client’s operations right-hand, proactively identifying issues and recommending improvements.

• Proven experience setting up and managing GoHighLevel systems from scratch.
• Strong experience with Zapier integrations and multi-step automation workflows.
• Familiarity with SMS, email campaigns, and call system integrations.
• Experience managing processes and supervising team members.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Technical Requirements:

• Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation
• Webcam: Working webcam
• Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM
• Internet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps
