Responsibilities:

• Present our tailored Virtual Assistant services based on client needs.
• Seamlessly onboard new clients, setting the stage for long-term success.
• Use data analytics to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate across departments to create a unified and compelling customer experience.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, taking home generous commissions and bonuses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience.
• In-depth understanding of Virtual Assistant Services and Digital Marketing.
• Proficient in CRM software and excellent at data analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Compensation and Perks:

• 90-day initial 1099 contract with potential for permanent placement.
• Starting base salary: $70,000/year.
• Attractive commission structure post-quota, including setup fee commissions, tiered commissions for contracts, additional earnings for add-ons, and referral bonuses.

Operational Details:

• Standard working hours: 6 AM - 3 PM PST
• Direct Report: Sales Director
• COVID-19 Precaution: Virtual meetings via Zoom
