Key Responsibilities:
- Build workflows, automations, and campaigns inside Salesforce.
- Support Account Engagement (Pardot) tasks:
- Automation rules and engagement programs
- Landing pages, forms, and email campaigns
- Lead scoring, grading, and lifecycle management
- Create and manage email templates (basic HTML/CSS helpful)
- Build and optimize cadence/sequence outreach programs
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics
- A/B test emails, sequences, and outreach strategies
- Import/export CSVs and map data fields correctly
- Manage lists, segments, and duplicates
- Ensure smooth data sync across Sales Engagement, Account Engagement, and Salesforce CRM
- Troubleshoot sync issues, form errors, and email deliverability problems
Reporting & Analytics
- Build basic Salesforce and Pardot reports
- Read and interpret performance metrics
- Provide data-driven insights to improve campaigns
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Follow CAN-SPAM and data privacy rules
- Ensure opt-in/opt-out preferences are properly managed
- Double-check all sends, automations, and changes before deployment
- Conduct research using AI and online tools
- Document processes, maintain SOPs, and provide updates
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and website teams
- Ask clarifying questions when needed and verify requirements
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, especially Account Engagement (Pardot) – Priority
- Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM workflows and marketing automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Highly resourceful, proactive, and able to learn quickly
- Comfortable doing self-study and using Trailhead, support docs, and AI tool
Technical Requirements:
- Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation
- Webcam: Working webcam
- Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM
- Internet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps
