We're looking for exceptional Prospectors to join our growing team immediately! If that's you, fill out all required fields to get started.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identifying potential US-based clients for The VA Group.
- Creating a comprehensive list of leads and scheduling appointments for our Sales Development team.
- Engaging potential leads via SMS or emails for our campaign.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a prospector or relevant role
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work on a US time zone shift
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Tech Savvy
- Proactive attitude
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation Feature
- Working Webcam
- Laptop with at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
