The Haul of Fame team is looking for a charismatic and high-energy host to lead our live-stream sneaker auctions. This is not a "read a script" role—you will be the face and the personality of our brand, creating a fun, interactive, and fast-paced environment that turns viewers into loyal customers.

Your Role in Detail:

• Host High-Energy Streams: Go live on TikTok and Whatnot to auction off highly sought-after sneakers. You'll keep the energy high from start to finish.
• Drive Engagement: Use comments, stories, and on-the-spot wit to build excitement, answer questions in real-time, and highlight the value of each item to drive bids.
• Build the Community: Understand and leverage the unique cultures of both platforms. You'll know how to run a "sudden death" auction on Whatnot and how to go viral on TikTok's "For You" page.
• Collaborate for Success: Work with our team to prepare for each show and ensure a seamless buying experience for our customers.

Compensation: Competitive base pay of $15/hour + 2% uncapped commission on sales.

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a live-stream host or content creator on TikTok and/or Whatnot.
• Deep familiarity with the live auction features and community norms of these platforms.
• A natural on-camera personality—you're a pro at public speaking and thinking on your feet.
• A passion for fashion and product knowledge, especially when it comes to sneakers.
